Instagram and Mud in My Hair

2/25/2018

Well, I've finally gone and done it this time.
I've joined Instagram, and I have absolutely no idea what I am doing. It'll be great!
That's what I'm telling myself for now anyway.
I haven't posted any photos yet.. so not sure if that will be easy or super complicated.
I'm going to do my best to come back in a year and post an update on how my first year on Instagram went.
In the meantime, if you want to follow me or whatever it is that people do on there -
 here's a link.
Also, if you have any suggestions of what you'd like to see, please tell me in the comments. AND don't forget to include a link to your Instagram too - if you want to of course.
Now for the Mud in My Hair bit.
What can I say? I'm a multitasker!
I've been meaning to try out Organic Senna (Cassia Obovata) Powder for awhile now - and being that I've been trying to catch up on a heap of stuff on my computer - I figured I might as well treat my hair at the same time.
Of course, I've never tried this before so - I googled lots of advice and then just decided to make a paste from warm water and powder and leave it on for ages. It smelt kinda like a cross between grass clippings and green tea, but it was far more tolerable than a whole of other things I've had in my hair haha.
So after that, I softened it up with organic coconut oil and hosed it off in the garden. (It's Summer so no risk of freezing).
Then I just basically drenched my hair in an organic essential oil/floral infused mixture I made a few months back -which smells fantastic!
Anyway, I'm just going to leave that in overnight and then wash it out tomorrow. I guess I'll try using it a few times before I know what sort of difference if any it makes to my hair. Maybe, I'll post an update on it to at some stage.

Okay, I better dash, but first a question for you.
Have you tried anything new latetly?
Tell me about it in the comments below if you'd like to.
