Guess what was in the boxes I picked up from the Post Office today? 
First shipment of books... so shiny!!!

​Was so amazing to hold a real printed copy of my book - in my hands!!! So happy I could cry, it's been such a long journey to get to this point.
Still can't believe how ridiculously excited I am right now! I mean, I knew I'd be excited but this is just silly - I don't think I'll be sleeping tonight!
I hope you're all having an equally exciting week. 

P is for Progress, it's also for patience and persistence. Sometimes, our walk seems slowly, the steps so steep, but if we keep moving forward, bit by bit, we progress.

Thank you for your daily messages asking about the children's book I'm working on. I'm glad so many people are curious about progress. And I am every bit as excited about eventually having a finished copy in my hands as you are! Books do take time though, because so much goes into creating them.
